Our technology is powerful and can measure most roofs, but some homes in more rural areas or that have too many trees blocking the areal view escape us. Don’t worry though; we still want to work with you to complete your roof replacement project. Our measurement technology uses a hybrid of arial flyover and satellite images to achieve incredibly accurate measurements, however we will verify those measurements when we perform our pre-inspection.
We have recruited the top licensed, insured and bonded subcontractors, and put each crew through our rigorous training program to ensure that every nail is placed on the nail line and every piece of flashing is bent and installed in a uniform consistent manor.
Most roofs can be installed from start to finish in one day. Pitch, size and home style are the primary considerations that go into how long your installation will take. Some homes will go into a second day, but we will give you an idea of how long to expect when we do our pre-inspection.
We inspect each roof thoroughly prior to ordering materials to eliminate unforeseen issues from popping up, but there are just some things that we can not see until we begin removing your existing roof. We will have plywood on site, and will be replaced at $75/sheet (labor and materials) along with photo documentation of the damage.

We ask that you select an available date that is convenient for you on our easy online schedule. The date you choose must be a minimum of 2 weeks after contract signing to allow us to procure and deliver all materials necessary to complete your project.
You are not required to be home during installation. In fact, because installing your roof is a noisy process, we recommend selecting a date that you have errands to run or another reason to be out of the house. You will need to make sure your driveway is clear and items like BBQs and yard decorations are clear from damage if you won’t be home. We will provide you with a simple checklist of pre-installation recommendations.
We require a 50% down payment at contract signing and the balance due upon completion. Under certain circumstances i.e. some insurance jobs or the use financing the deposit may be waived.
