As part of our commitment to excellence, we offer an Always Dry Lifetime Workmanship Warranty (“Warranty”) for the work performed on your roof. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern this Warranty:

1. Coverage:
a. This Warranty covers defects in workmanship performed by MCSquared Roofing.
b. The Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the roofing services and is non-transferable.
c. The Warranty covers the cost of labor to repair or, at the Company’s discretion, replace any workmanship defects covered under this Warranty.

2. Duration:
a. The Warranty period begins on the completion date of the roofing project.
b. The Warranty remains valid for the lifetime of the structure on which the roofing work was performed.

3. Exclusions:
a. This Warranty does not cover any damage caused by acts of nature, fire, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, or any other external factors beyond the control of MCSquared Roofing.
b. The Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, neglect, accidents, or any repairs or modifications made by anyone other than MCSquared Roofing.
c. This Warranty does not cover any issues arising from materials or products supplied by third-party manufacturers. Such issues may be subject to separate warranties provided by the respective manufacturers.
d. The Warranty does not cover any cosmetic damage or changes in appearance that do not affect the structural integrity of the roof.
e. MCSquared Roofing reserves the right to deny warranty coverage for any damages caused by circumstances not covered under this Warranty.

4. Claim Process:
a. To make a claim under this Warranty, the original purchaser must promptly notify MCSquared Roofing in writing or by contacting our customer service within 30 days of discovering the workmanship defect.
b. The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and allow MCSquared Roofing reasonable access to inspect and evaluate the alleged defect.
c. MCSquared Roofing will assess the validity of the claim and, at its sole discretion, determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repair or replacement of the defective workmanship.

5. Limitations of Liability:
a. MCSquared Roofing’s liability under this Warranty is limited to the cost of labor required to repair or replace the defective workmanship.
b. MCSquared Roofing shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the breach of this Warranty.
c. In no event shall MCSquared Roofing’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the roofing services.

6. General:
a. This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the original purchaser and MCSquared Roofing and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
b. MCSquared Roofing reserves the right to modify or terminate this Warranty at any time, provided that any such modifications or terminations shall not affect the Warranty coverage for roofing services performed prior to the effective date of the modification or termination.
c. This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
d. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the jurisdiction where the work was performed.
